Hi!

Quick questions - is it maybe possible that conversions from flows in pushed to draft in June of this year are not reflected in my yearly attributed conversions?

If a flow is in draft mode, it does not send emails, and therefore, any conversions tied to that flow will not be attributed in Klaviyo. Here's a breakdown of why:

  1. Draft Mode Behavior:

    • Emails in a draft flow are not actively sent to recipients.
    • As a result, no events (like email opens, clicks, or conversions) are tracked or attributed.
  2. Flow Changes:

    • If you moved the flow to draft in June, emails sent prior to June would still reflect conversions.
    • However, conversions after June would not be tracked since no further emails were sent.
  3. Check Attributed Conversions:

    • Go to Analytics > Flow Performance to view historical data.
    • Compare conversions before and after the flow was moved to draft.

Solution:

  • Publish the Flow: To resume tracking attributed conversions, publish the flow so emails can be sent.
  • Test the Flow: Send test emails to verify performance.
  • If you need data for analysis, Klaviyo retains past performance under Reports for previously sent flows.

If conversions are still missing, double-check your flow settings and attribution windows.
