Ive recently set up Kaviyo and Im trying to watch training videso as I get time. 

Ive noticed my emails are going to spam when I did a test email to myself and someone I know so I set up warmup email to help with that but im my flow its saying only 2 emails have been delivered despite multiple people signing up on my FB Group. 

I have Klaviyo Integrated to my FB group where when someone joins they provide an email which i set up klaviyo to email them 3 times over the period of about 7 days. 

Is there somthing I might of did wrong or forgot to implement?

 

Note I also Found that there were prob 230 bounced emails sent. IM not sure what/whythese were from but it ended up putting the Klaviyo plan i was at at capacity so I upgraded my plan late last week. 

Either way I want to make sure my emails are being sent.

3. Issue: 230 Bounced Emails

  • Bounce Handling: Investigate why emails bounced. Common reasons include invalid email addresses, full mailboxes, or temporary issues with the recipient’s mail server.
     
  • List Hygiene: Regularly clean your email list to remove invalid addresses and reduce bounce rates. Klaviyo can help manage bounces and maintain list quality.

4. Issue: Integration and Delivery Issues

  • FB Integration: Verify that the integration between Klaviyo and your FB group is correctly set up and that email addresses are being correctly captured and added to your lists.

5. Utilize Klaviyo Support

Customer Support: If issues persist, reach out to Klaviyo’s customer support for personalized assistance and guidance.
