Hi, I'm Rony. I'm a new user of Klaviyo. Recently I have faced this problem that I show below.

Soon, this action will be skipped. Inbox provider domains can't be used in sender email addresses. Update this action's email address. Then, update your account's default address to match.

Klaviyo is moving towards a policy where using a professional email address (like name@yourcompany.com) is required for sending emails, rather than using personal or generic email addresses (like name@gmail.com).

 

Is there any chance you’re currently sending emails from a personal email address?

To avoid any problems in the near future, please head over to the Organisation tab and review all your settings:
https://www.klaviyo.com/settings/account/organization

In short:

  1. Default sender email address: Use a branded email to send emails (example: Niki@hotdogs.com)
  2. Default sender name: Match it with your branded name (example: Hotdogs)

Review all the rest settings.
