Klaviyo is moving towards a policy where using a professional email address (like name@yourcompany.com) is required for sending emails, rather than using personal or generic email addresses (like name@gmail.com).
Is there any chance you’re currently sending emails from a personal email address?
To avoid any problems in the near future, please head over to the Organisation tab and review all your settings:
https://www.klaviyo.com/settings/account/organization
In short:
- Default sender email address: Use a branded email to send emails (example: Niki@hotdogs.com)
- Default sender name: Match it with your branded name (example: Hotdogs)
Review all the rest settings.
