Both the “To” field and the “From” field are the recipients address not our company email it was set to send to. 

Anyone experienced this before? Or know what causes it? Thanks!

Is this a campaign or a flow? Also, can you share the settings for the email To/From? This is definitely unexpected behavior and would love to see what you have setup on the backend to see why this might be happening.
