Hi team,

 

So I sent several campaigns (around 50 recipients each)

All of them are set to reply to 1 single mail.

 

When I receive a reply from them. Their reply mail is a completely different one from the recipient list.

Is there anyway I can track back their mail in the recipient list?

Welcome to the community!

While we are able to track open and clicks that are sent to your customers because the email is cookied for tracking, we unfortunately have no way to track reply emails for your customers because they go directly from their ESP to yours.
