hi,

 

how do I get in touch with support to mark flows as transactional if I am on a free plan and access to email support has expired?

i have transactional emails such as order confirmation and shipping updates that are not being sent due to a profile unsubscribing from our newsletters.

 

im trying to have these emails marked as transactional so that they are not skipped for unsubscribed profiles.

Are you using Shopify by any chance?
If so, you can create your transactional emails in Klaviyo and then export the code and import into Shopify.

Back to your main question - if you want to mark emails as Transactional and your 60days support has expired on the free account, you need to upgrade your plan to submit this request.
