Help me understand product review flows

I don’t entirely understand how Klaviyo supports product reviews. After a product review email is sent to a customer, and the customer completes the review, where does the review go? Does it end up in the Shopify product reviews app? I know that it can be connected to Yotpo and other tools but if I dont use those, can I embed product reviews / star ratings onto product pages after a customer fills out a review sent from Klaviyo? Thanks!

If you’re referring to the prebuilt flow in the Ideas section, the email contains a link that will go back the product page and to the section #reviews (ID must be set up, I think the Shopify Reviews app has it set up like that):

Here’s what the link looks like.. so it would take the viewer of the email to the product page and that’s where they can fill in the review.
