I'm starting an ecommerce pet business soon. We'll be launching our Coming Soon page soon, and I'm working on setting up a prelaunch email flow. I want to make sure that subscribers who join at different times still get a relevant and engaging experience.
Here's what I have so far:
- Trigger: When someone is added to All Subscribers
- Welcome & 25% Discount email
- Wait 3 days: Brand Story email
- Wait 5 days: Product Education email
- Wait 7 days: FAQ email
The issue I'm facing is that this setup is very linear and assumes subscribers join at the beginning of the prelaunch period. If someone joins part way through or with just a week left, they won't receive the emails in a timely manner.
I’m wondering what the best way to go about this would be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
