Hi there,
I am trying to create a flow for my short-term rental guests that will only trigger on the date of check-out. So what I did so far is create a Custom Property named “Check-out date” and used it as a trigger in the flow. But it’s not triggering for some reason. (Please see attached image)
Could you please tell me what am I doing wrong, PS. I want it to trigger on the day of check-out at 11 am EST.

Can you share a screengrab of the custom property for the “Check-out date” and information on how you captured this for your test profile?
I’m wondering if a) the custom property is not the correct data type or b) it’s not in an acceptable Klaviyo date format.

Thanks for the warm welcome and appreciate your responding
I went to “List & segment” option and update and clicked on “Upload Contacts” to upload my upcoming guest list with check-in and check-out date. And in that section I found an option to create a new custom field. (Please see attached)
I couldn’t find any information on how to do this in klaviyo help articles.
