I see that you have another post with a similar question with a follow up from another community member. Were you able to solve this or do you still need help with this? If so, can you also share if this was actually delivered as a test to your email or was it just in the preview options in the Klaviyo dashboard? If it was a test sent to your email address, what email client or web browser are you viewing this in? Depending on your email client or web browser things do appear differently so this will help me troubleshoot what is going on!
