The previous solution is not working, for example I have saved my email template from a campaign and all I simply want to do is apply the same template to an ongoing flow. The previous solution was -

On the campaigns screen, click the 3 dots to the right of the campaign you want to create a template out of and click “Add to Templates”. 

 

When creating the flow email, you can find that email in the Template selection. 

 

I cannot find that email template when creating a flow.

Great question and hopefully I can solve this one for you!

When you are in your desired Flow and you want to use an existing email template, follow these below steps and your template should be appear for you.

  1. Navigate to Edit Email (which will take you to the Flow Content)
  2. Beside the ‘Edit Email’ button, select the drop down and use Change Template
  3. Then select Drag and Drop
  4. Then select My Templates across the top. Here you should find your template you have previously created

If your template is still not showing, can you please confirm that if you navigate to Content>Templates>My Templates, you can see it there?
