If you can see on the left hand side, you can see “Properties about someone smile state equals member”.

So the term “Smile State” was created by one of the previous Klaviyo user of this account (correct me if I’m wrong).

My question is how do I find the history behind this term?

I want to remove this conditional split but I want to make sure I understand it before deleting it.

Can anyone help me out on this one? : )

Hi @nambirajanks

It is a custom profile property.

It's likely been set in one of your flows or a Klaviyo form. Alternatively, it may have been set during a contact list import.

Ecomm platforms (e.g Shopify) and apps integrated with Klaviyo can also set custom properties. You can identify these in a profile custom properties (see Octane app example below).

I suggest reviewing your contacts in that flow's 'Smile State' = 'Yes' list which may tell you where it’s being set.

Hope that helps

Andy

Just came across this app @nambirajanks https://connect.klaviyo.com/integrations/smileio

You running this? Seems to fit your custom property param/value.

Andy
