How do I remove duplicate products in review request email?

Hello,

I am setting up my review request email flow in Klaviyo and have noticed that when someone orders two different sizes of the same product, it shows up twice. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

I am just using the default Klaviyo product review request flow, triggered when someone fulfills an order. Let me know if you need any more info.

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community! Unfortunately, the way the  review flow and product block within the templates are built, it will always show all products that were purchased even if it’s just a different size of the same product. I will share your request for this feature with our product team for further evaluation in the future!
