When setting up your post purchase flow you are usually working with a lot of dynamic content based on the individual event from one purchase. This would be the same if your are looking to setup transactional email through Klaviyo, and by transactional I mean the order confirmation, shipping etc. that are usually sent through your CMS. You can apply for transactional status inside of your flow and read more about the difference between transactional mail and traditional emails here: https://www.klaviyo.com/blog/transactional-email

​@dberonio22 good question. Yes you can use dynamic tags to populate the info you want to share in your post purchase email like the product name of what they purchase, order number, address and more.

For that you have to preview your email in klaviyo and there you can see alot of activities based on your trigger on right side as you can see in attached ss.
