Here is my active profile count:
My largest list has 524,779 profiles in it, where could I find the others?
Also, if anyone could point me in the direction of any resources that could help me wrap my head around the database management side of things, I’d be very grateful

Thanks for your question in the community.
Klaviyo contains a complete record for every person, whether they have subscribed or have had their emails added through ‘general engagement’.
You can learn more about Active Profiles here and also about profiles here
You may also want to check which lists your subscribers are being added to from your website platform (eg Shopify) or your popups and embedded forms.
To find these people who are not in your main list, you could build a segment that is ‘NOT IN’ List
