Welcome! So you’re using Klaviyo, and want to know how your account is performing. An audit is a great tool to assess your performance. This is Part 3 of a series of Community posts that will walk you through an audit of your Klaviyo account. Let’s get started!
Understand Your Current Campaign Performance
First, look at your performance across multiple campaigns using a Campaign Performance Report. Is your performance consistent or are there some campaigns that perform better or worse than others? Analyze these campaigns individually and try to pinpoint why they performed differently. Not sure what “good” is? Use this chart to evaluate your email performance.
Continue to Improve
In future campaigns, A/B test new tactics and learn more about your customers’ preferences. For example, if you notice that campaigns with a more specific call-to-action (CTA) have higher click rates than those with a less direct one, A/B test your CTA button in your next few campaigns to see if it has a positive impact. Additionally, analyze the content you are sending and ensure that you are designing emails that convert.
Do You Have a Content Plan?
It’s crucial to stay top-of-mind with your customer base as they make their consumer decisions. Build a thoughtful sending plan to be most efficient throughout the year and maintain consistency. A content calendar is an essential marketing tool for any business. It will help you establish a plan for engaging your subscribers over time and identify any gaps along the way.
