I am a person, not a customer, who is being inundated by unwanted e-mails from one of your clients. I have unsubscribed multiple times and somehow keep ending back up on their marketing lists. I have even e-mailed personally with the company owner who has assured me I’m off their lists, but has since stopped replying to me.
Is this something I can report to Klaviyo or there a different approach you’d recommend?
