How can I set up automated emails in Klaviyo to send payment instructions only to customers who choose Offline Bank Transfer as their payment option in my Shopify store and have placed an order?

How is the payment method being passed into Klaviyo? Is it top level data or is it nested within the Placed Order metric? If it is nested to deep, you won’t able able to use it in your flows or segments. If it is nested, your best option would be to send that information as a custom metric whenever an Offline Bank Transfer is made. This way you will be able to trigger a new flow with the custom metric. Here is another community post on how to create a custom metric:
