I’d just like to ask exactly what you mean by “push notification”. I’ve seen the term used very differently by different people.

The usual usage means a notification that pops up on your phone, sent from your mobile app.

Or it could mean a “browser notification” from the browser on your desktop or laptop computer.

Then we have the possibility that it could also just mean a regular SMS message or email campaign.

The setup for each of these are very different so could you please clarify which one you’re trying to accomplish?

Thank you for your question in the Klaviyo community!

I’m assuming you are referring to the Mobile App Push SDK on the Klaviyo side here.

There would be 2 different ways you could build this out. The first one would be to have a very long flow with a daily push, 1 day delay, daily push etc.

When you say a customer can only enter a flow once - this would be if you used the subscribed to list/segment trigger. The second option would be to create a custom trigger from somewhere (This could be a middleware or directly from the backend of the website. If you are on Shopify this could be achieved using Shopify Flow).

Can you please share what platform you are using for the website?
