I watched a cart abandon tutorial I found really helpful and I’m implementing a lot of what she said to do. I love the idea of having the product name in the preview text, however I can’t get it to work. The code she shows on the video is {{ event.times.0 }} from searching on Klaviyo help documents it seems like I should use {{ event. ProductName }} and if I copy the code from the item in the email preview I get yet another code {{ event.Items.0|default:'' }} .
In any event I have tried all three with multiple previews and none work. Do I have another setting wrong?
