I encountered an issue with our recent email campaign that contains two CTAs linking to the same URL.

In the preview email, both links worked perfectly on my iPhone and MacBook. However, after deployment, I found a problem. While both links still work on my MacBook, the first link on my iPhone and two of my colleagues' iPhones leads to a page that says:

"A problem repeatedly occurred on 'HTTP://...'"

 

I'm not sure what's causing this and would appreciate any help on how to prevent it from happening again.

This is weird and i am not sure why this is happening, however there are were some similar questions that were posted on this community before and you might want to just check them out, just in case you find something useful there,

Klaviyo email flows & campaigns leading to "This site can’t be reached"

I would suggest reaching out to Klaviyo chat/email support and they should be able to help you figure out the problem. I hope this helps.
