Could you please add images of code snippets that you have used in the email template? Also, it looks like this email is from a flow. Could you let me know which flow is it and what metric is triggering this flow?

It is a abandoned cart - checkout started flow and has default triggers. For some reasons, integration isn't’ fetching real time data from shopify.

@khushi123 I think your Klaviyo’s integration with Shopify is broken and that’s why you are not receiving any data from Shopify.
