I have two problems

  1. My live flows are not sending! I don’t know whats going on!
  2. I got so fed up that I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it straight away - does this mean it still works on my account?  - not that it worked anyway…

is it something to do with shopify email settings.. i noticed i get the emails within my shopify notifications on settings but i never recieve the klaviyo emails even though they are live!

Welcome back to the community! Happy to help troubleshoot your Shopify integration.

It looks like your Shopify store isn’t sending data into Klaviyo properly. Often times this is caused by an authentication issue causing periodic syncs to fail and thus breaking the integration. You will need to disable the Shopify integration with Klaviyo completely and then reinstall it (don’t worry you won't lose any of your data or work). This will repair the communication between your Shopify site with Klaviyo. Once you have completed this, keep monitoring your metics to make sure that data is being passed consistently.
