Je voudrais savoir comment il est possible de savoir si les flux que j’ai mis en place fonctionne sans forcément les enclencher moi-même.
Ils fonctionnent tous lorsque je me les envoie pour les vérifier mais je n’ai pourtant aucun pourcentage sur tous mes flux.

If I understand your question properly you are looking to see that the flows you have setup are functioning properly because you do not see any analytics for them yet?
When you go into the flow and click on the first email, you should see metrics specific to that email. If a customer has gone through the flow these numbers should reflect that. If no one has recieved the email, can you share a screenshot of the flows trigger and conditions? There might be a condition that is preventing them from moving through.
If you can share a much detail as you feel comfortable, it will help us figure out what is happening.
