@Yoda yes, it's possible, however you won't be able to connect to Shopify stores because you can only have one integration. So everything you do needs to be a manual configuration.
To come back to my opening sentence, same as you're having different sites, it's much easier to maintain if you keep them separated. If you do end up choosing 1 Klaviyo account I advise to keep a very strict policy on keeping everything separated, using very clear naming conventions, keeping lists to a minimum (one per site) and make 100% sure you don't end up mixing things up. From my POV the amount of things that can end up going wrong don't outweigh the benefits from having 1 account. My suggestion is to split things up. There are always exceptions of course, for those please keep the above tips in mind.
