Have you sent yourself a Test Email and how did they appear in there?
I have just tested this myself and within the Klaviyo builder, I had mis-aligned icons too, however when sent and tested, the icon displayed as I intended and expected.

I had this same issue yesterday, I found that this was happening as I was adding & styling more icons.

I fixed it by clearing all icons, then starting from scratch.  It turned out alright.

Thank you both for your replies, I did the same as Anyi and cleared them and added them again and they aligned ok that time :-)
