Without knowing the specifics of your product, I can offer some general guidance on some post-launch ideas off the top of my head:

• Welcome flow (add-to-list trigger). The post-launch welcome flow will serve a similar purpose to your pre-launch flow: to nurture new sign-ups towards making a purchase. You could clone your pre-launch flow and update the content as a welcome flow. Cloning means you have your pre-launch flow stats preserved separately, and you can work on the welcome flow while the pre-launch one is still live. If you keep the trigger as the same list, existing list members won't enter the new welcome flow. I recommend adding a custom property to your post-launch sign-up forms so you can identify the pre and post-launch list members (see campaigns below). Set your original pre-launch flow to draft and archive when you're ready.
• Abandoned checkout flow (checkout started trigger). If you've not added an abandoned checkout flow, now's the time to do that so it's ready post-launch. I suggest not having a discount offer on the first in the abandoned series, but you may want to include one in messages 2 and/or 3.
• Campaigns. Send a campaign to announce the product launch to profiles who signed up during the pre-launch with a call to action to purchase. I’d also schedule similar follow-on campaigns for the non-purchasers within this audience. Those emails will drip feed product features, benefits, social proof, etc., in more detail than you did in the pre-launch flow. For these campaigns, create two segments: one for profiles who signed-up post-launch (using that custom property I mentioned) and one for customers who have purchased the new product. Use both these segments as exclusions to your campaigns. Your target audience for the campaigns is your sign-up list excluding those two segments (new post-launch sign-ups will enter your welcome flow). Be sure to configure the campaigns to update the segments before sending so you capture the latest purchasers and post-launch sign-ups for exclusion.

In addition to the above, you could consider flows for browse abandon and add-to-cart.

Just to add here, if you go to the “Flow Library” there are Flow ideas with pre-built starter Flows to help you get started with additional new Flows.  I would definitely tackle all the Flows listed under the “Start with the essentials” there.  

Furthermore, Klaviyo has great documentation, academy videos, and even live webinars you can join which are great resources to help you build out your Klaviyo implementation and lifecycle strategy. And of course, if you have any questions or get stumped, share them here in the community.
