It’s first time to try Klaviyo
I made Flow using several prepared forms, and I don't think the trigger is set up incorrectly.
There should be hundreds of people who should be targeted for mailings, but the Needs Review is set to ”0”
I would like to know what I need to do to make the NeedsReview reflect the eligible people.

Welcome to the community and congrats on your first post!

Quick question for you, what mode is your flow in? Draft, Manual or Live? Typically profiles will only que into “Needs Review” if the flow is in manual mode. Flows in draft mode do not add any new profiles to the flow and flows that are Live will either automatically move through the flow or exit if they no longer meet the conditions. 

What kind of flow are you setting up? What does your trigger setup look like? The more information you can provide the easier it will be to figure out what you are trying to accomplish and how to get it implemented.
