Obtain personal details to existing subscribers through email campaigns

Hi there — I’d like to capture more details from our subscribers through an email campaign. Is there a guide on how to do this? Not through a sign up or flows but just an email campaign?

Hi Son JS, great question! One easy way to do this would be by collecting profile property information via a link within your Campaign. You can use this help article to guide you. I hope this helps!

In addition to @mirandainsideandout method which is great for one or two fields, you can always send users back to an embedded Signup Form if you want to gather multiple data points in one go. Make sure the Targeting is set to All Profiles like this:
