Hi everyone,

I noticed that for a couple of my accounts that the open rate has dropped pretty significantly in July when compared to June. Has anyone else noticed this? Do we know why this has happened?

On our end, our click rates are remaining very strong and we have generated more revenue when July is compared to June. And we haven’t made any changes to attribution or segmentation.

I haven’t noticed that across our clients. Have you looked at the Deliverability Report to see if anything has changed there in terms of bounces? This might help in trying to spot any trends.

This help centre page has some good resources and thought leadership about interpreting the data in the report.
