J’ai besoin d’aide concernant le flux panier abandonné, plus précisément par rapport à la configuration du bloc. Je ne trouve pas les URL (les balises) à inscrire lorsque l‘on est sous Prestashop.
Le bloc (photo et texte) n’apparait pas lors de la Prévisualisation de l’email.
Pouvez-vous me renseigner ?

Just to make sure I understand correctly, the abandoned cart block is not showing up when you are previewing the template?
If so, are you using a profile that has an abandoned cart metric on file to preview? If the profile you are using to preview does not have an abandoned cart metric on file to view, the block will not build appropriately. If this is a new account and there isn’t a abandoned cart metric associated with a profile it will not populate until an abandoned cart metric has been recorded.
