Hi,

 

We’re setting up comms for those that make a pre order to explain how it works in addition to our usual ‘order confirmation’ comms. Our preorder app in shopify, Amai, offers emails notifications, can this be transferred to klaviyo? and which would be more manageable? 

 

Any tips or advice for those that have used Amai please let me know!

I’m not super familiar with Amai. Is the event data being used in the Amai emails being delivered into Klaviyo as well? If so what level data is it? Is it nested? If it is 1st level data you can definitely use this to build out these emails in Klaviyo. Just provide a little more information and Id be happy to help you go from there!


After investigating Amai emails (within shopify) we don’t want to utilise them, essentially it is too much manual work and manning. 

 

So instead were going to make a flow in klaviyo for any purchases with the tag ‘pre-order’ i haven't started this yet, if you have any tips for efficiency on this can you share? Would be really appreciated. Thank you!
