Pre-set Conditional Split - All Emails in 'Waiting'

Hi there,

I am trying to set up an welcome email flow. It’s welcome discount email after customers add their email from our website pop-up. The initial email is triggering, but then there’s a conditional split and emails are being held in ‘waiting’. They should either be sent to ordered yes - sent social media pages or ordered no - sent reminder email… nothing is happening. Emails have been waiting well past the 5 day trigger to send.

 

I am not sure where to trouble suit as this was a prebuilt flow and I only adjust the messaging.

 

Would love some input! Happy to provide other screenshots. Thank you!

Hi @msteinb23, welcome to the community!

So, the folks that are “Waiting”  are probably due to the “Wait 5 Days” Time Delay block you have before the next messages (either side).

To verify this, you can click on the “View Details” on the right hand panel of the “Conditional Split” details and see the conditional split activity of those that are waiting and click through to a few profiles to see that their “5 Days” has not transpired.
