Do we have a flow filter option that will prevent people from coming in to a certain flow while they are inside another flow? Just so we can avoid like sending them automated message from post-purchase flow and VIP flow at the same time - for example.

This might take some tweaking, but I would set up a Flow Filter similar to the example below.
This would essentially remove someone from a flow if they started another flow at the same time. In this case, you would set the filter of received email from a specific flow name.
