This is something that has only happened recently. Wasn’t an issue before. But then, I have only really started using the Catalog function.

After I send the email, my products, when I click on them take me to a XXXX.myshopify.com/name_of_item instead of taking them to companyshop.com/name_of_item

Is there a setting somewhere which I am not aware of?

Welcome to the Community.

This usually occurs when a catalog and profile for a Shopify store have not been resynced after changes were made. For this, I would recommend reaching out to our great Support Team as they are better suited to go into individual user accounts.
