Hi everyone!

I’m organizing a Black Friday campaign with a VIP list that grants early access to discounts starting on November 24th. To join this VIP list, customers need to complete a form, which guarantees them early access.

I’d like to send different email sequences depending on the day each user registers. For example:

• If someone registers on November 16th, they would receive 4 emails leading up to November 24th.

• If someone registers on November 23rd, they would only receive 1 email.

I’m looking for an effective way to set up flows or logic so that Klaviyo automatically sends the correct number of emails based on the registration date, without creating multiple flows manually for each possible registration date.

Has anyone done something similar or have any recommendations on how to structure this campaign in Klaviyo? Any advice on setting up these flows would be very helpful!

Thanks in advance!

Hi @VVD

Thank you for posting in the community!

I would recommend using a conditional splits to carefully organize the amount of emails structured by when they sign up. It would look similar to the below image. Then you can map out when and what people should receive in correspondence to when they sign up with 4 splits determining the time period for sendouts of email 1, 2, 3 and 4.

I hope this helps!
