I had a recipient respond to an email campaign this morning with, “Hey, the last three of these I’ve gotten have no content.” She forwarded the message -- sure enough, completely blank. Empty email.

No other recipients to my knowledge have this problem...the whole company receives the emails and they show up just fine for everyone I’ve checked with.

Both mobile and desktop view are functioning for other recipients.

Any idea what’s causing this? Or how I can find out how many recipients are affected, or how I can fix it?

Hey @tatumhig

This might be device specific. Different email clients can render emails differently. Ensure your email template is compatible with a wide range of email clients.

Some email clients or security settings might block certain types of content.

  • Images: Ensure all images have proper alt text in case they are blocked.
  • Scripts: Avoid using JavaScript in emails, as it is often blocked by email clients.
  • External Content: Make sure any content loaded from external sources is accessible.

The recipient’s email client settings or spam filters might be affecting the email.

  • Whitelist: Ask the recipient to add your sending email address to their whitelist.
  • Filters: Check if the email is being filtered into spam or junk folders and if any security settings are blocking content.

I hope this helps

Cheers
