Hey fam, 

I have a shipping protection upsell that I use for a shopify store. I have noticed that the email flows have been including this as a product and reminding people to come back and buy it from their cart + the product they had in mind.

Is there any way to prevent this from happening? or exclude the protection from this flows?

Yes, you can use some template logic to exclude items from showing up in your Abandoned Cart Flow messages.  

I wrote about this a while back here:

Possibly silly question, but if someone’s cart is filled entirely with items we wish to exclude (and we code it according to your instructions) will they receive an email with nothing listed? Or will that exclude them from the flow so they won’t be emailed? We have bulk product offerings that have heavy discounts built in, and we cannot afford to further discount by 10% but have not had success finding a way from excluding carts with any of these items from my ACE flow entirely. Because if they have 4 items that are fine and 1 that is not, and the email preview excludes just the 5th, would that 5th excluded item still appear if they navigate back to their cart and therefore still have the discount applied? I need to avoid that scenario as well.
