I have made an email series (course), which people are subscribed via a sign up form (embedded) but when they sign up they also get a really old email that is irrelevant now. I cannot see where it is to delete it? I have checked flows, campaigns, its not there? Also when trying the flow out some people have said they are not getting the flow? They were on an iphone if that has anything to do with it?

Welcome to the community and thanks for asking a great question!
I would suggest checking your archived/deleted flow section of your account to see if the message that is still sending after deletion is still there if its not in your current list of available flows. If the message has been archived or deleted is should not still be sending. If you know the profile that was sent this message in error, you can check their profile information to see where this message came from and so you can remove it. As for the device, this shouldnt matter as the ESP controls what your customers receive in their inbox not the device itself.
