Restrict recent purchasers who's order is in transit from getting flow messages

I want to filter out from the flow customers who have purchased in the last 30 days AND did NOT received their order yet. In other words, I want to include buyers who received the package, no matter when they placed the order.

I just can’t figure out how to write the filter.

It could be done using conditional split, but I don’t want to use it, because I would get to active branches that need to duplicate the content.

Another workaround I came up with is create a separate flow to enrich profiles and tag buyers when they receive their order. But I am not a fan of this method, because tags not work well, at least for me. It would add a lot more clutter, in my opinion.

Maybe someone has a very simple idea to solve this?

Thank you.

Hey @Lina

Thanks for asking another great question!

Can you share what integrations you are using again? It will help me figure out what the best path forward it. Shopify has shipping data included in the order product payload, but integrations like WooCommerce doesn’t and requires the use of third party tools like ShipStation or AfterShip, and requires a different setup.

I’ll be on the lookout for your response!
