Hi there, is there any way to send a Return to Sender email from Klaviyo when a shipment can’t be delievered due to various reasons?

It is technically possible to send a Return to Sender email from Klaviyo as long as the data is being sent from a 3rd party tool that tracks shipping data, like Shipstation or AfterShip. This data is not native to the Klaviyo system so it would require the additional tool. However once this data is synced you can use it to build a metric triggered flow, where the trigger is “cannot deliver or its equivalent depending on the integration you choose to go with for your ecommerce site.
