Seasonal Annual flows based on Data Property

Hello guys, I have a hard time on creating an annual flow based on Data Property.

So, basically I want to create several flows that starts on a specific date of the year.

Here is what I did:

First I’ve created a flow for data property update: When someone is added to a List → Profile Property Update:

Then, I’ve created another flow with Trigger “Data Property” and select my previous property witch is in my case “Autumn Season”. I’ve selected to start “on the date property value” and check the “yearly” box.

I ran a test on an email address of mine. I added myself to the list, the property was added and according to my logic I should have received an email at 12:00 pm. But I didn’t...

What I did wrong?

The setup looks correct, however one thing I see is the date itself that I feel is incorrect. I see you have the date as 08/13/2023 however shouldn’t the year be 2024? I am assuming you did the test today - 13th August 2024, correct?

Yes, should be 2024, but I’ve tried to test like I did a year ago and today is the date to see if actually work.

Do you think if I switch to 2024 will be oke?

Yes so it is set to trigger on the date property, so I would suggest you test for tomorrow - 15th August 2024, it should trigger tomorrow and you should receive the email. let me know if it works

Hei man, It works! Thank you for your tips. It helped me a lot.

But I created now for the real data and this time no one appears in “Waiting” even though I did exactly the same. Does it take longer if the dates are further apart?
