I have one small issue. I have an automation which sends 3 emails when a from is submitted. First email goes through as it should. The second should be delayed 5 minutes, but it never sends. These emails are being sent from different email addresses. What could be issue? I have checked and everything seems to be fine. All created at the same time and all live. Automation starts when a profile is created in a list. i have read other conversations where there were similar issues but nothing helped

Thanks for the question. Can you share some screenshots of how this flow is setup? Would be helpful to understand further. Also do you have Smart Sending turned on? This limits the number of emails a profile/customer receives within a certain period of time. So if the time delay is only 5 minutes, this can be incredibly disruptive.
