Hello Community,

I hope this message finds you well. We're currently encountering a challenge and could use your expertise to overcome it. Our goal is to include a promo code in the email flow triggered when a product is back in stock.

We have referred to the documentation at https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/create_back_in_stock_subscription for creating a back-in-stock subscription. However, we are facing difficulty in passing the promo code through this process.

If anyone in the community has encountered a similar situation or has insights into how we can successfully include a promo code in the back-in-stock email flow, we would greatly appreciate your guidance.

Please share your thoughts, suggestions, or any relevant information that might help us overcome this challenge. Your expertise is invaluable, and we look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you in advance for your support!

Hi @Jai3013 - you could add a promo code in your email copy, whether static (just type in the code) or dynamic using {% coupon_code 'CouponName' %}. You can reference more coupon questions here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005084727

Let me know if you need additional help!
