Segmented Flow Not Sending

I have set up a segment for customer spend over $500 - this segment has 250+ customers in it.

I was to send a thank you email but can’t seem to begin the flow. I have tried back-populating, changing filters and adding a time delay but nothing works.


Any advice? thank you

Hi @scottyg

Did you make changes to the segment after setting up the flow?

You could try cloning the flow, removing the 0 days delay and backpopulating the new flow.
