I’m hoping you can help...I’d like my customers that spend £200 and over (between a set time period) to receive an email with a unique discount code in offering £50 off their next purchase.
How do I go about setting this up in Klaviyo?

One way you can do this is with a segment-triggered flow. Set up your segment as below and choose your date range. That adds all contacts who have placed orders totalling at least £200.
Then your flow looks like that below. Or you could fold this into an existing flow using a conditional split.
Contacts will only enter this segment and flow once.
