Hi! Hope you're doing well. We want to know why when we send a mail in mass, it always gets to spam on hotmail users. It's only with them, other users receive the email properly

Thank you for asking the Klaviyo Community for help with your emails going to the spam filter on hotmail, happy to help.

There are a few reasons why this may be happening but is hard to know without more information. Is your business new? What kind of content are you sending to your customer? Is it all @hotmail.com emails or is it only some of your hotmail customers? The Guide to Email Deliverability covers a lot of the fundamentals to healthy email deliverability including items like warming your sending infrastructure if your sending domain is new and how to send great content that enhances deliverability. Please read through these articles as well as the additional resources provided within each to get a better understanding of why this may be happening, If you are still unsure after doing some digging Contact Klaviyo Support as they will be able to look into your account and be able to give much more specific answers as to why this is happening in your account!
