Every time I try to create a flow/sign up form etc. The text color is this light yellow that doesn’t show up with the default white background. I can’t figure out why this is happening. The text seems to be black in the edit field but I can’t even figure out how to change that.

This may be because of a theme that you are using on your website.. it can mess with the colors. (this looks to me like you have some dark mode theme but this is just a guess so hopefully someone else can have a more precise answer on this..)
