I am using Shopify and I have created a landing page with a shopify app automizely I also I have my flow set up. What step am I missing so when my customers click and subscribe I want my ebook sent right away. I don’t even know if I’m making this clear or not. So let me do the steps
1 customer clicks on landing page enter their email so they receive an ebook.
3. I have my klaviyo flow set up. I’m missing the in between step
I just need some help all help is appreciated

Often times people find issues when they haven't checked their opt-in settings for a list. Is your list set to single or double opt-in? If your customers have not completed the second step of double opt in they will not go through your flows because they have not explicitly consented to marketing, Also have you checked to make sure your flow is triggered by the same list you want your ebook sent to like a Welcome Series?
