Hello, 
My Thank you email flow isn’t working properly, not all the customers who are placing orders are receiving Thank You emails.

For example today, only 1 thank you email was sent, although I received more than 10 orders on my WooCommerce website.


Any help will be appreciated.

It turns out that I left Smart Sending enabled, so Klaviyo wasn’t sending another email to the same profile within 16 hours
